

At SAH we believe in the marriage of strength training and sauna + cold therapy.
During summer we offer small group training followed by sauna club sessions.
Training is led by John. After years as a high-level soccer player, he had to rebuild his body from the ground up. He now works teaching others how to strength train using minimalist methods to create profound change. He is a certified StrongFirst (SFGI) coach as well as Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA).
His classes include assessments, targeted mobility, nature training, bodyweight exercises, and fundamental kettlebell movements including the Turkish Get-Up, Swing, Clean, Press, Snatch and squatting variations.
Weather permitting, training will take place outside so bring a hat, sunscreen and water.
Small Group Training:
One hour training + 2.5-hour sauna = $100.00
*Training will run only if there are a minimum of 3 participants.
