Single Entrance
LODGE SAUNA

A 3 hr private group session including immersive walk in nature, indoor wood-fired sauna, outdoor ice dip no matter the weather, and relaxing/lounge area/showers.
Up to 5 participants.
STRONG AND SAUNA
$325
We offer 1 hour training followed by a 2-hour private sauna. Training includes warm-up, mobility, and strength (bodyweight and kettlebell) for all levels.

We are an offline zone so leave your phones behind. Get hot, cold and relax while drinking our complementary organic green tea and coffee. We also stock the best in local non-alcoholic beer.
